Abstract

This study aims to highlight the impact of digital transformation on banking performance in banking institutions, this impact is manifested through the application of modern digital technologies aimed at providing advanced banking services to customers, to achieve this goal we conducted a field study at Algerian Foreign Bank in Ain Temouchent. Ultimately, we arrived at a set of findings the most important of which is the significant impact of digital transformation on improving banks performance by offerning modern and innovative banking service that enhance customer experience and strengthen employee efficiency.
