Abstract

This study dealt with intellectual capital and the impact of investing in it on the performance of the institution. The current study aimed to determine the role of intellectual capital in its dimensions represented in (human capital, customer capital, structural capital), and performance in the TOP GLOVES Ain Temouchent institution, which is the subject of the study. By designing a questionnaire in order to verify the approaches in the theoretical frameworks of the independent variable and its relationship to the dependent variable, which is the performance of the institution. The hypotheses were tested based on the spss statistical analysis program, and the analyzes showed several results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between intellectual capital in its three dimensions and the performance of the institution in the institution under study. Each of them contributes to improving the performance of the organization. The study was divided into two chapters: the first chapter dealt with intellectual capital and its impact on the institution's performance, and the second chapter dealt with a case study of TOP GLOVES Ain Temouchent. One of the most important recommendations of the study is to increase attention to intellectual capital and its management as it should be managed because it is an important source for improving performance in the organization, and the need to deal with intellectual capital as the most important strategic resource that the company possesses, and to maintain it continuously because it is theeffective element in its success, especially in light of The tremendous technological development in the business environment
