Abstract

Islamic financial innovations are the nucleus of the global financial system and a measure of the performance, effectiveness and efficiency of financial entities, an emerging industry compared to conventional ones. In addition, the Islamic finance industry, based on the principles of innovation guided by financial transactions controls in the Islamic economy, which provides products and financing methods that achieve the highest levels of specialized competencies and resource utilization. On this basis, we discussed the development of financial innovations and the identification of Islamic financial architecture as an appropriate tool for innovative solutions and new Shariah-compliant financial instruments.
