| dc.description.abstract | This resear ch aim s to study and analyze the role of Human Resource and Management in order to prove the P roductivity in the economic institutions through the theoretical comparison in the first chapter. As well as in the second chapter we try to examine this issue among one of the most i mportant economic institutions SCIBS Beni Saf .
