Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the reality of business intelligence in Sonelgaz Company, Ain Temouchent Agency, and to identify the role played by business intelligence in this company and whether it achieves quality, efficiency and effectiveness in providing services. This study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and through the data collected from the study community, the answers of 42 business intelligence factors were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) programs.
