Résumé
This research aims to study an educational strategy from traditional education to blended
learning, and to identify the reality of its implementation in Algerian primary schools as well
as its contribution to the improving and enhancing the quality of learner's academic level. It
also seeks to reveal the main difficulties and obstacles faced by teachers when adopting blended
learning in primary schools.
To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive methodology was adopted to examine
the reality of the phenomenon, along with statistical analysis to analyze the results of the
questionnaire, which was used as a key tool for collecting data and field information.
The field study was conducted with teachers in the province of Ain Temouchent, using a
questionnaire composed of 18 questions addressed to primary school teachers. The study
sample consisted of 30 teachers selected randomly, which ensures a deeper understanding and
more accurate results regarding the studied phenomenon.
Through statistical processing using frequencies and percentages, the results revealed the
important role played by blended learning and digital tools in improving the educational
process, enhancing the quality of education, and greater attention should be given to this type
of education by decision makers through providing the necessary resources and facilities in
primary schools in order to encourage its wider adoption.
