dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to explore the relationship between training and professional competence among primary school teachers. It employed the descriptive statistical method, which serves the study’s objectives. The research was conducted on a sample of 70 primary school teachers. To gather data, a questionnaire was used. After distributing and analyzing the collected data, the following results were reached: There is a correlation between training and professional competence. There are differences in competence based on gender, in favor of males. There are no differences in competence based on educational level. There are no differences in competence based on years of experience.en_US
