Abstract

This study aims to reveal the impact of digitisation on job performance from the administrative side for Ben della secondary school teacher . We hav also tried to study the topic theoretically and in the field .In the theoretical study,it was found that digitization is one of the most prominent new concepts that have emerged in recent times. Digital management is the result of technological advances in the modern world.It has become a necessity for institutions in all fields,especially educational ones. Adapting to these changes has become a necessity to win the bets of this era, Developing organizational skills and competencies,increasing effectiveness, and thus increasing performance, which is the goal to be achieved. In order to study this topic and test the hypotheses,our study included four theoretical and methodological chapters represented in a theoretical presentation of the study variables, digitization and job performance. On the other hand, we followed several systematic steps to control the field side, werelied on the descriptive method because of its suitability for this type of study, and we relied on the data collection tools on :the observation, the form and The analysis which was based on the SPSS program, where the field study took place at Ben Della High school in Ain Temouchent . After drawing a general conclusion that digition has a significant and positive impact on the job performance of teachers at this high school. Moreover digital technologies in educational institutions facilitates all administrative processes and activities with organizational efficiency and electronic methods . This is to ensure the transparency and quality of information provided by these institutions,and the elimination of paper ,which achieves greater flexibility in administrative work.
