Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the industrial clusters and their role in the reinforcement of the competitive advantage for institutions, by adopting it as a mechanism allowing to reduce costs, maximize production and acquiring technologies in order to upgrade Economy and get access to international markets. The study was performed on 36 institutions belonging to industrial clusters By using the statistical analysis program spss19 to extract and analyze results. The study concluded that adopting the clusters Policy provides institutions with competitive advantage and strengthens it by the use of Advanced technologies, which is the true measure of vitality and competitiveness of the cluster, and that working within the cluster requires expertise, sharing and collective collaboration of institutions to increase the competitiveness of the Algerian Economy. The study findings also showed that the clusters might arise spontaneously or intentionally by the initiative and support of the government, especially that most of the institutions organized in the cluster are small and mid-size companies considered as the true motor of any economy
