Abstract

This research aims to clarify the feasibility study of investment projects, the case of a modern sweets shop project, and to stand on the most important aspects of the feasibility of the project in terms of technical, economic, legal, social developmental, marketing, and environmental feasibility. The study concluded the importance of applying these types of feasibility to the modern sweets making shop project and its effective role in the success of these investment projects through achieving its planned objectives in the appropriate time and cost
