Abstract

Our study focuses on the digitization of public administration under employment policies, we used the descriptive approach and relied on the interview as a tool to collect data and information, where we reached a number of findings summarized as follows: Digital management contributes to improving the efficiency of public service by achieving the principle of transparency and speed in completing transactions and thus facilitating their access to job seekers. Therefore, we can say that digital management is of great importance in the impact of these technological developments on society in the social, cultural and economic aspects and in the relationship between administrations and job seekers. It helps relieve the pressure on employees who used to rely on the traditional method of operation and the procedures that follow, in addition, digital management contributes to the response of community members to these changes and challenges imposed by modern technology.
