Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of incentives, in their dimensions (material
incentives, moral incentives), in enhancing the values of organizational culture in
the gloves company Top Gloves Latex Industries in Ain Temouchent. In order to
reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used, and the
questionnaire was relied upon. As a tool for collecting information, the number of
members of the studied sample was 45 individuals distributed among the employees,
and the data contained in the questionnaire was analyzed using the statistical
program (26SPSS v), A number of results were reached, the most important of which
is that there is a statistically significant effect of incentives on the values of the
organizational culture in the gloves company in Ain Temouchent at a significance
level of 5%. It becomes clear to us that incentives are the primary motivation and
driver of the human resource in the company towards achieving its goals and the
objectives of the system. The study also recommended increases in salaries, bonuses
and bonuses, and the creation of programs for new employees to introduce them to
the organization’s culture and enhance their sense of belonging"
