Abstract

This study aims to test the role of organizational culture in achieving performance excellence through Administrative creativity as an intermediate variable, based on the descriptive and analytical approaches. The survey was used as a key tool for the study, through which preliminary data were collected based on a random sample of 200 individual, The number of forms recovered and analyzed was 158, that includes workers of the Hassanawi industrial sector complex at their various ranks. Using structural equations on the basis of the partial least squares PLS-SEM, the data was statistically processed using the Smart Pls 4 program. After the analysis of the data, the study reached the following results: - The presence of a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on performance excellence. - The presence of a positive and significant direct effect of organizational culture on Administrative creativity. - The presence of a direct positive and significant effect of administrative creativity on performance excellence. - The presence of a positive and significant indirect effect of organizational culture on performance excellence through administrative creativity.
