Abstract
Ins
titutions have become undertaking their work through the human resource
,in order to
implement their goals in the short and long term,and in order to achieve the desired goal,it is necessary
to find a resource capable of deliverring the goal,and the istitu
tios will return the favor if the appropriate
environment for work is prepared
,
interesed in and motivated
,so motivation is an organized process in
the hands of the administration with the aim maintaining the continuity of the individual and encouraging
him
in his work
,
and perhaps the reason for this is that the incentives of all kinds
,
both material and
moral play a major role in influencing the performance of workers as they are among the most
important positive independent variables in motivation to work
,s
o that efficiency depends on two basic
elements
:the ability to work is represented in skills and knowledge,and either desire is the
encouragement that drives the
individuls behavior to increase his performance
,that so that the
performance evalution proces
s is one of the basic functions in the organization so that it aims throught
it to judge the performance of its human resources and its general performance
,
that every successful
administration provides suitable incentives in order to give the individual a
greater picture of the work in
a way in general about his role in particular
,and that good working coditions bring benefits to both the
individual and the organization which enables workers to give an
opportunity to use their
capabilities
,they also feel s
atisfaction and a
sense
of belonging and loyalty which emakes their
attidudes mostly positive
