Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of investment in intellectual capital on total quality management in the Sonelgaz Corporation for gas and electricity distribution in Ain Temouchent, where 45 questionnaires were distributed on a random sample and the statistical program (spss) was used. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of investment in intellectual capital on total quality management
