Abstract

This study aimed to understand the role that the digital environmentplays within the industrial organization, as it contributes to facilitating work, improving the performance of employees, enhancing social relations among them, and providing them with knowledge of technology and digital culture, which leads to improving their performance and raising the organization’s productivity,It was concluded that the most important results from the field research to understand the relationship between the digital environment and the performance of employees within the institution and the influence that the latter has within the industrial institution CEMENT FACTORY BENIsaf.
