Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the role of collective action, which is the principle of volunteering by its members. Our field study focused on the Association for Reform and Guidance in Ain Temouchent. This study was conducted on a sample of 16 members, and we selected appropriate answers to our topic from 8 members. We relied on the interview technique to collect data for this study. As a result, we arrived at two fundamental dimensions: the institutional dimension and the social dimension. The institutional dimension includes the association's institutional characteristics, such as its legal status, organizational structure, and financial resources. The social dimension includes the association's social characteristics, such as the values and attitudes of its members towards volunteering and collective action. Our study found that the association's institutional and social dimensions are interconnected, and that both dimensions are important for the association's success in achieving its goals. Some of the key factors that contribute to the association's success include strong leadership, effective communication, and a shared sense of purpose among its members.
