Abstract

Through our study, we aim to investigate the impact of unemployment on the graduates of Algerian universities, which we have identified in the psychological and social effects. In this study, we used the descriptive curriculum on its side. "Case study" as a methodology for studying the current situation of phenomena in terms of their characteristics, their forms and their relationship with reliance on the corresponding technique for collecting field data from the sample study, where we relied on a deliberate sample of graduates of Ain Mtushnet State University. Based on the hypotheses and findings of the study Some graduates have been able to cope effectively with the challenges and pressures of unemployment. Through the use of various methods such as engaging in skills development training courses Seek new areas of work and exploit family support to alleviate financial and psychological stress. However, there is another category that has not been able to face unemployment successfully, with significant difficulties leading to adverse behaviours such as isolation, addiction or reckless decision making, which has adversely affected their ability to improve their professional and personal status
