Abstract

This project presents a detailed study of a building of regular form for residential use consisting of a ground floor + 4 floors, located in the wilaya of Ain-Temouchent. This study consists of two parts : :The first part Start the general presentation of the project with a pre-dimensioning and descent loads, then study of the elements and the dynamic study of the structure, finally the reinforcement of the elements and study of the infrastructure :The second part Includes a generality on project planning and calculation of the structure's metrics in order to establish a quantitative and estimated estimate, finally, application of the MS Project to calculate the overall duration of the project.
