Abstract

Scientific research depends on a set of procedures and foundations that the researcher must follow in his research path in order to reach the results and achieve the goals of the study. Which prompted the researchers to study it through the electronic questionnaire tool, which enabled the researchers to access samples from virtual communities, and this depends on the success and proof of the researcher's commitment to the standards of designing an electronic questionnaire and overcoming the difficulties facing researchers in their study of virtual communities. The study concluded that giving utmost importance to the questionnaire tool it also calls for research into the classification of virtual communities, especially the aspects related to the difficulties of selecting the sample, because we are dealing with a virtual community.
