Abstract

We have done substantive research and study on the issue of the impact of international conventions on the amendment of Algerian family law, in which we believe that international conventions have a significant impact on the issues of the conveni and dissolution of marriage and family laws. focuses on the protection of human rights, including women's and children's righ and urges States to prevent forced and early marriage. In the area of dissolution of marriage, international conventions help streamline and standardize legal procedures to ensure justice and expeditious disposition of cases, as well as the rights of parties concerned such as maintenance, care and custody. It also seeks to prevent discrimination in divorce and separation cases and achieve gender equality, and to facilitate the recognition of foreign judicial rulings to protect individuals' rights across borders. International conventions focus in particular on protecting children's rights in cases of divorce, ensuring care, maintenance and living in a stable environment. These influences improve and develop national family laws to be more in line with international standards and achieve justice and equality among all parties involved.
