Item أثر الاتفاقيات الدولية على تعديل قانون الأسرة الجزائري(University of Ain Temouchent, 2025) واضح, بخدة; بوجاني, عبد الحكيمWe have done substantive research and study on the issue of the impact of international conventions on the amendment of Algerian family law, in which we believe that international conventions have a significant impact on the issues of the conveni and dissolution of marriage and family laws. focuses on the protection of human rights, including women's and children's righ and urges States to prevent forced and early marriage. In the area of dissolution of marriage, international conventions help streamline and standardize legal procedures to ensure justice and expeditious disposition of cases, as well as the rights of parties concerned such as maintenance, care and custody. It also seeks to prevent discrimination in divorce and separation cases and achieve gender equality, and to facilitate the recognition of foreign judicial rulings to protect individuals' rights across borders. International conventions focus in particular on protecting children's rights in cases of divorce, ensuring care, maintenance and living in a stable environment. These influences improve and develop national family laws to be more in line with international standards and achieve justice and equality among all parties involved.Item النظام القانوني للعقد الالكتروني في التشريع الجزائري(2025) ستاوي, سيدي محمد; شيخ, نسيمةThis research is considered an attempt to determine the legal system of electronic contract as approved by the Algerian Legislature, where before 2018 there were general provisions of the electronic contract within the framework of the general rules of evidence provided for in the civil law, but with the issuance of the electronic commerce law, the electronic contract acquired the status of the contract named according to its legal regulation even the consumer protection and Nest Suppression Act The electronic consumer is one of the parties to this contract, so it was necessary to research these various laws to complete the research.Item آليات مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة في إطار إتفاقيات الشراكة الجزائر– الأورومتوسطية(2025) بساس, محمد; سويقي, حوريةThe study emphasizes the paramount importance of combating organized crime within the framework of Algerian-European partnership agreements. This criminal model poses a direct threat to security, stability, and socioeconomic development in the Mediterranean region. The partnership aims to unify efforts at the national, regional, and international levels to address this growing challenge through multi-dimensional cooperative mechanisms aligned with international standards. The study could be further enriched by providing specific examples of organized crime in the region, analyzing its impacts in more depth, and proposing concrete recommendations to enhance cooperation.Item حماية المستهلك الإلكتروني في مرحلة التعاقد (دراسة مقارنة)(2024) زيغم محاسن, ابتسام; تروزين, بلقاسمThe wide spread of electronic transaction has led to the multiplicity and several risks surrounding the electronic consumer since he is considered as a weak part in terms of legal and economic knowledge compared to the electronic supplier who possesses all the elements of economic superiority and knowledge in the contractual relationship , which includes the activation of mechanisms that protect the electronic consumer at the contractual stage requiring the precontractual phase as well as the phase of the conclusion of the contract , taking into account the confidentiality of this type of transaction which has passed the geographical borders of the countries , it was necessary to develop laws that pass protection appears under Algerian law throughout the system of the applied law n°18/05 on electronic trade in addition to what was monitored in the general rules to conduct this protection by comparative legislation, particularly the European countries and France.Item الآثار الإقتصادية الكلية للصدمات في أسعار البترول على إقتصاديات الدول المصدرة للنفط -دراسة قياسية للإقتصاد الجزائري للفترة (1970-2022)(2024) ديب, حفصة; قديد, ياقوتThe aim of this study is to examine the impact of oil shocks on the macroeconomics. The study employed vector auto regressive model (VAR), in a disaggregated analysis to measure the response of macroeconomic variables to oil shocks in Algeria. The study concluded that oil shocks have a significant impact on GDP and government spending, inflation rate and the real effective exchange rate.Item التجارب الطبية على جسم الإنسان ومدى الحماية التي يكفلها القانون المدني - تجربة اللقاح ضد الفيروسات المستجدة انموذجا(2024) سي علي, إبتسام; سويقي, حوريةMedical experiments on the human body, whether therapeutic aiming to achieve a treatment for the concerned patient or non-therapeutic aiming to acquire new medical knowledge such as trials of vaccines against emerging viruses, are considered medical interventions that assert themselves despite their danger. This has led to the necessity of balancing the right of individuals to the integrity of their bodies and the right of the physician or researcher to conduct these experiments by establishing a series of legal rules that must be taken into account to legitimize these experiments. The right of the physician or researcher to conduct medical experiments does not exempt them from civil liability if they cause harm to the person undergoing these experiments, as they are obliged to compensate them in order to repair this damage. In order to provide maximum protection to individuals subjected to these experiments, the traditional idea that fault had to be proven as the basis for civil liability has been abandoned, and the idea of presumed fault has been adopted in the context of therapeutic experiments, as well as the idea of objective liability without fault in the context of scientific experiments, including trials of vaccines against emerging viruses.
