Abstract

"This study aimed to analyze the impact of using artificial intelligence and machine learning applications on the decision-making process at the University of Aïn Temouchent Belhadj Bouchaib, as one of the institutions interested in these applications, seeking to adopt them in the future. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to the study sample, including students, employees, and professors. The study relied on the analytical approach to answer the research question and confirm the validity of its hypotheses. The study concluded that there is an impact of using artificial intelligence and machine learning applications on the decision-making process. "
