dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to analyze the impact of human capital on service quality in the public sector through a field study conducted at the Directorate of Education in Ain Temouchent. The descriptive analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool from a sample of 70 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS software through correlation and simple linear regression techniques. The results showed a weak positive relationship between human capital and service quality, with no statistically significant overall effect. The findings also revealed that knowledge had a weak and insignificant positive effect, while skills, abilities, and training showed no significant impact on service quality. The study concludes that improving service quality requires effective investment in human capital supported by appropriate organizational mechanisms.
