تحديات إستخدام التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the challenges of using e-commerce in Algeria, through a field study conducted at the Directorate of Commerce and Export Monitoring. To achieve the objectives of the study, both descriptive and analytical approaches were employed, and a questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection. The study sample consisted of 30 employees working at the Directorate. Data were analyzed using the statistical software SPSS (v26). The study reached several findings, most notably that there are a number of challenges hindering the effective adoption of e-commerce. Among the most significant are weak digital infrastructure, lack of technical awareness among stakeholders, and the absence of a clear legal and regulatory framework governing this field. The study recommended the need to enhance technological infrastructure, organize training sessions to qualify human resources, and update the legal framework to align with the requirements of modern e-commerce.
