تمثلات الطلبة لعالم الشغل: دراسة ميدانية بجامعة بلحاج بوشعيب عين تموشنت

Abstract

This study explores university students' perceptions of the labor market through a qualitative field investigation conducted at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Aïn Témouchent. Using open-ended interviews, the research investigates how students envision the world of work, their expectations, and the challenges they anticipate facing upon graduation. The findings reveal a range of attitudes shaped by educational background, social environment, and personal aspirations. The study highlights gaps between students’ perceptions and labor market realities, emphasizing the need for enhanced career guidance and alignment between academic training and employment demands. These insights contribute to understanding how to better prepare students for successful integration into the workforce.
