ممارسات التوظيف في الإدارة الجزائرية : دراسة ميدانية بخزينة ولاية -عين تموشنت

Abstract

Due to the prevalence of employment practices in various administrative environments, this has become an increasingly important topic in the current era. These practices extend beyond just the process of selecting and appointing new employees to include procedures, side considerations, and the extent of society's culture influence on the recruitment process. Therefore, our study aims to understand the impact of this phenomenon on organizational recruitment procedures by identifying the reasons and motivations behind it. We selected Ain Temouchent Province as a community for study. By employing a descriptive methodology and utilizing interviews to gather data and information, we have reached several conclusions. One of the most significant findings is that Algerian administration tends to follow an irrational pattern, emphasizing personal relationships, favoritism, and discrimination as key drivers within the organization, stemming from prevailing societal culture.
