Abstract

In this study, we discussed the concept of lean management and the performance of banks, and this study aimed to highlight the impact of lean management on the performance of banks, by addressing the basic problem about whether there is an impact of lean management on the performance of banks. So we followed in this study the descriptive approach in the theoretical side while the practical side we relied on the analytical approach using the questionnaire that was directed to the employees of the Foreign Bank of Algeria and the “Ain Temouchent” agency, which is a random sample which we dealt which the hypotheses of the study and after analyzing and interpeting the results based on the SPSS statistical programe the most important results were. A relation be twe en lean management and the performance of banks, in the bank under study
