Résumé
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between managerial
creativity and job performance among administrators’ staff in Sonelgaz
foundation in the province of Ain Témouchent. A job performance questionnaire
and managerial creativity questionnaire were administrated on a random
sample of 120 administrators. The data were analysed statistically using
SPSS2025software. The results were as follows:
-There is a statistically significant relationship between administrators creativity
and job performance.
-There were no statistically significant differences in administrators creativity
among administrators staff attributable to the variable of age.
-There were no statistically significant differences in job performance among
administrators staff attributable to the variable of age.
