Abstract
This study aimed to understand the relationship between organizational
silence and job satisfaction, focusing on a field study of administrative
workers at the Wilaya Directorate of Commerce in Ain Temouchent. It also
sought to explore the relationship between each dimension of
organizational silence and job satisfaction among administrative workers.
To achieve the study's objectives, the researchers employed the
descriptive method and a questionnaire as the primary tool, then verified
its psychometric properties (validity and reliability). The study sample
consisted of 80 employees at the Wilaya Directorate of Commerce in Ain
Temouchent, selected randomly. The researchers also used the Statistical
Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyze and process the data.
After statistical analysis, the study results indicated that there is no
statistically significant correlation between organizational silence and job
satisfaction among administrative workers at the Wilaya Directorate of
Commerce in Ain Temouchent. Additionally, there is no relationship
between any dimensions of organizational silence (acquiescent silence,
defensive silence, social silence) and job satisfaction
