Abstract
This study examines the role of human resource management practices in their
five dimensions (recruitment, training and development, motivation, performance
evaluation, and social services) in corporate social responsibility within the
Hesnawi btph company in Oran. The study designs a questionnaire to investigate
the approaches in the theoretical frameworks of the independent variable (human
resource management practices) and its Relationship with the dépendentvariable (social responsibility). A quantitative approach was choose to test
hypotheses basing on a questionnaire as a measurement tool, A random sample
consisted from 60 employees has been selected, where 52 samples have been
returned which represent a rate of 87% for the purposes of gathering and
analysing . The study’s hypothesis was tested by statistical analysis software
SPSS 20, which revealed several significant Relationship between human
resource management practices and social responsibility.The study highlights
the availability of the five dimensions (recruitment, training and development,
motivation, performance evaluation, and social services) at a high to very high
level .One of the main recommandations of the study is to increase focus on
human resource management practices in promoting social responsibility
because they are an important source and should be treated as the most
valuable resource for the organization. It is crucial to continuously maintain and
preserve these practices as they are the Key element in the organization's
success, especially in the context of technological advancements in the business
environment.
