Abstract

A cause of développement of modern means of communication and a cause of the révolution of technologie and information, which produces knowledge and information has become the controller mechanism and the investor of its results and therefore it controls the means of information (media) and the nature of letters distributed media, which has caused the deflection of these modern media in the various fields of social life and they have become a part of its daily details and characteristics and also a requirement for developed societies.
