L’Effet de Quelques Antibiotiques Commerciaux Sur des Souches Pathogènes

Abstract

This work was carried out with the aim of evaluating the effect of some commercial antibiotics of different generics on pathogenic bacterial strains to compare and test the sensitivity of these strains, the methods of diffusion in agar medium and of dilutions in liquid medium. Using 96-well microplates were used. The revelation of the MIC was carried out by the Resazurin indicator. The antibiogram result showed variations in the effect of an antibiotic of different generics, some showed a higher antimicrobial activity on the other hand some were less effective. These results were also obtained with the method of defining the minimum inhibitory concentration.
