Abstract

examines graduate unemployment in Algeria, focusing on Aïn Témouchent and th e role of ANEM and DAIP. It concludes that the main causes are the imbalance between the g rowing number of graduates and the scarcity of permanent jobs, the mismatch between educati on and market needs, and the lack of practical skills. Temporary jobs lead graduates back to unemployment, and government programs remain insufficient to absorb the continuous increase"
