Abstract
The purpose of this work was to isolate and identify bacterial isolates, producers of
protease, amylase, cellulase, lipase from soil and poultry, the bacterial isolates were isolated
and identified at the levels of microbiology laboratories of the University of Ain Temouchant.
Isolates with a strong proteolytic (casienolytic), lipolytic, cellulosic, amylolytic activity. The
identification of these isolates was based on the morphological characters (microscopic and
macroscopic study) and on the various biochemical tests available in the laboratory. The
temperature Optimal incubation times and pH for growth of the isolates were 30°C and 7
respectively.
