Abstract
This research aims to examine the "impact of electronic banking on the
competitiveness of banks" by highlighting the bank's pursuit of electronic
banking services by providing a variety of services by using modern
mechanisms to ensure the ease and speed of performance, and the
importance of upgrading the standards and quality of services for customers
to earn their trust and loyalty.
E-banking services are one of the most important strategies used by the
bank to gain a competitive advantage, thereby guaranteeing it a prestigious
position in the banking market and acquiring a leading bank that helps it to
survive and continue.
