Abstract

The effective management of implementation projects is essentially based on the better knowledge of the importance of the data, the required conditions and their technical, socio- economic and environmental impacts. From an economic point of view, the time factor has always been the primary concern of the manager in project management because of its influence on the cost of carrying out the project and its delivery for commissioning. The main objective of our study is to estimate the period necessary for the realization of a structuring road infrastructure planned and recognized as a new creation (new road), in the road network of the wilaya of Ain Témouchent. The work is carried out based on the development of digital applications using the MS Project software, allows having a practically suitable work schedule where the results obtained are satisfactory and comparable with the actual periods for the execution of the tasks
