dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the role of digital leadership with its dimensions (digital competence, digital citizenship, digital vision, digital culture) in achieving organizational brilliance with its dimensions (leadership brilliance, product and innovation brilliance, knowledge brilliance, employee brilliance) In order to reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical methods were used, and the tools of the study were the questionnaire distributed to 40 individuals from the workers of the gloves company in the state of Ain Temouchent, and to analyse the data obtained we used the statistical package software (SPSS) version (26), and a number of results were reached, the most important of which are The study recommended the need to integrate the principles of digital leadership into the strategic plans of the organization in order to achieve an integration between technical competence and human leadership, thereby enhancing the ability of the organization to shine and excel in its competitive environment.
