Abstract

This study aims at clarifying the importance of Islamic financial Engineering and how it contributes to Innovation and development of Islamic financial products. It is considered as a means of implementing financial innovation in order to formulate innovative solutions to financing problems, all within the framework of Islamic Shari'ah directives which combine legitimate credibility and economic efficiency, And methods based on originality and innovation, allow the development of these products and be an alternative to traditional products, meeting the needs of different customers, where the study concluded in the final need to develop Islamic financial products through engineering Islamic Mechanism through the provision of an environment to stimulate innovation and development in the form that meets the needs of the market.
