Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the vital role played by financial information systems in enhancing the quality of financial services within public institutions, particularly at the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS) – Aïn Temouchent Agency. To address the research problem, which focused on the extent to which these systems contribute to improving financial-related services, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted due to its relevance to the nature and objectives of the study. The study's findings revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between the application of financial information systems and the quality level of financial services provided within the institution. This reflects the substantial positive impact of these systems on improving efficiency and enhancing overall performance.
