Abstract
This research aims to highlight the role of technological creativity as a
form of bank-wide creativity in developing the competitive advantage of
commercial banks by identifying the relationship between types of
technological creativity and types of competitive advantage based on a
variety of principles, dimensions and strategies that contribute to the
operationalization of the role of technological innovation in general and
improve performance for the purpose of attracting customers in particular,
Pursuing an effective strategy and addressing the challenges of applying
technological creativity in Algerian banks, as the latter is considered a
successful tool to exploit opportunities available in a market, absorb the
intensity of competition, eliminate the needs of customers and thus achieve
profits.
