Abstract

This study focus on the reality of the of corporate governance principles application in Algerian companies. Ain Al Touta Cement Company -Batna was selected as the study site. data is through collected using questionnaire as a basic tool was distributed to a sample of the company’s tires consisting of 70 tires. The statistical program spss was relied on to process the data and test the hypotheses of the study. The study concluded that Ain Al-Touta Cement Company - Batna applies the principles of corporate governance.
