dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the role of continuous training in developing human resource skills within the Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate of the Wilaya of Aïn Témouchent (SONELGAZ). It analyzes the relationship between the training programs adopted and the development of employees' professional knowledge, skills, and behaviors. The study adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool among a sample of the directorate's employees. The main results show that there is a statistically significant positive effect of continuous training on the development of human resource skills. The study also revealed that the company adopts a clear strategic vision regarding training, and that its human resources possess high academic qualifications, making them capable of absorbing and benefiting from the training programs.
