Recherche des propriétés biologiques chez des isolats bactériens

Abstract

Bacteria have been described as potential sources for many biological properties. In this work, antioxidant (anti-H2O2 and anti-DPPH), anti-inflammatory (inhibition of albumin denaturation) and antibacterial biological properties were tested in 4 bacteria (IBS1, IBS2, IBY and E. coli). The results obtained show that the supernatants of the 4 bacteria tested have antioxidant properties (with IC50 which vary between 7.40 and 44.427 μg/mL for the H2O2 degradation activity and between 1.424 and 33.189μg/mL for the scavenging activity of DPPH) and anti-inflammatories (with IC50 which vary between 20.178 and 120.844 μg/mL). However, no antibacterial activity was detected by the methods used. Compared to the other 3 bacteria, the E. coli strain remains the most efficient in the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory biological activities tested (IC50 of 7.40 μg/mL for H2O2 degradation activity, 1.424 μg/mL for DPPH trapping, and of 20.178 μg/mL for albumin denaturation inhibitory activity).
