Abstract

"This study aimed to identify the role of creative leadership in achieving organizational excellence, through a field study at the Cement Company of Beni Saf. The study addressed four main dimensions of creative leadership: problem sensitivity, fluency, flexibility, and originality. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of the company's employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS V.26, in order to determine the nature of the relationship between creative leadership practices and organizational excellence. The study reached several findings, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant effect of creative leadership practices, in all their dimensions, on achieving organizational excellence at the Cement Company of Beni Saf at a significance level of 5%. The results also demonstrated that the leader's ability to detect and anticipate problems, the diversity of ideas and speed of generating solutions, the ability to adapt to changes, and the adoption of new and unconventional ideas all contribute to enhancing levels of organizational excellence within the institution. The study recommended the need to strengthen internal communication channels and encourage creative initiatives, continuously review organizational structures and administrative procedures to reduce bureaucratic routine, as well as provide a motivating work environment that supports attracting and retaining competencies, alongside promoting the adoption of modern technologies and innovative environmental solutions."
