Abstract

This research work aimed to highlight the role of electronic management in influencing the organizational culture within the industrial enterprise, by studying the most important real indicators, that determine the transition from traditional management to electronic managmenet.Our practical experience through our fieldof research allowed us to identify the prevailing cultural pattern in the industrialinstitution,and discover the most important cultural symbolic interactions, that led to the establishment of a cultural system within industrial enterprise on a sample of workers from BeniSaf situatedin the city of Ain Temouchent
