Abstract
Our study included knowing the impact of training and qualification on improving performance, so that concepts
were first given about human resource planning and familiarity with the aspects of job analysis and how to design
them in order to know the tasks and responsibilities of the incumbent, then we moved to clarify the concepts of
industrial establishments as the study was limited to them In terms of the processes of recruitment, selection,
training and qualification, a view was given about each of these processes.
And through our field study, several results were drawn through statistical analysis, the most important of which is
that training and qualification have an impact on performance, and therefore they are two basic processes in the
organization and cannot be dispensed with
