Abstract

the topic of legal guarantees granted to employees while exercising their political freedoms includes two main axes: the conceptual frame work of the employee and his polical freedoms, and a separate chapter is allocated to each ascis ,as the first chapter includes an attempt to define the public employee througt the jurisprudential ,judicial and legislative definition of him , it also includes the concept of political freedoms, by specifying the jurisprudential and legislative definition of polical freedoms, their types and most important characteristics, while the second chapter includes the legal guarantees and restrictions on the employees exercise of his political freedoms by mentioning the most important restrictions on the exercise of polical freedoms and the most important guarantees granted to him.
