dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to research the topic "Leadership patterns and their relationship to job satisfaction", and was based on the relationship between leadership patterns and job satisfaction. Therefore, 160 staff members were selected in a caste manner from the Human Resources Sub-Directorate of the Hospital Institution "Dr. Ben Zurgab" of Ayn Tchent State. approach, based on the description and interpretation of the relationship between the concepts of the study, Students used the questionnaire leadership patterns and job satisfaction. The study found several findings, most notably: ه - Lack of statistically significant correlation between leadership patterns and job satisfaction - There are no statistically significant differences in staff satisfaction of the Human Resources Sub-Directorate The eye is stricken by the gender variable (male/female). - There are no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction among the staff of the Human Resources Sub-Directorate Eyeballs are attributable to the scientific qualification variable.en_US
