The study aimed to identify the role of incentives in employees'
performance, methodology ", where the analytical descriptive curriculum
was used as the appropriate curriculum for such , In order to reach the
objectives of the study, a 30-phrase resolution is designed around
incentives and , then we analyzed the data through the SPSS software, and
we came up with a series of findings that most employees get physical and
moral incentives periodically, the majority of employees feel satisfied with
these incentives which prompts them to work more and raise their level of
performance, the results also indicated that moral incentives had a
substantial and apparent impact on a party's work, there has been on
impact on incentives in their two dimensions( material incentives , moral
incentives ) .
